Cambias Cooking
They are mostly dishes that were cooked by my mother and my wife, CC. The rest are some things that I picked up while doing the cooking after CC became ill. She wanted to compile her favorites in a booklet form, but never got around to it.
This collection is intended for the family, and is not a comprehensive recipe collection. It is only family favorites and some local classics that I have included thus far, with the hope that my children and grandchildren will add theirs.
More recipes will be added as I find them or remember them. There is no rational order to the items included, since I do not know enough about operating this infernal machine to move them around. Depend upon serendipity.
