-This collection is intended for the family, and is not a comprehensive recipe collection. It is only family favorites and some local classics that I have included thus far, with the hope that my cousins, ​ children, grandchildren and nieces and nephews and friends will add theirs. ​ Anything from "Maw Maw" would be most appreciated. Add to the repertoire, ​ particularly those "pot cooking " recipes that involve slow cooking.  ​
